A note from the founder
We built the room we wished existed.
I started Crystal Raid Legends in a leaky Fitzroy warehouse in 2016 because Melbourne's best players had nowhere to sharpen together after the pub-LAN era ended. We poured the first copper bench ourselves — you can still see the hammer marks.
Ten years on, we're a 1,240-strong guild with fibre lines, a coaching wing, and a Friday raid night that regularly sells out. Whatever your rank, you'll find a seat at the forge.

Friday Ranked Raid Night
Our flagship. Six-hour drop-in from 6pm, structured squads, live shoutcasting, and a leaderboard reset every fortnight. Includes a battlestation, snacks, and post-match VOD clips. Beginners paired with a squad lead.

Do I need my own PC or gear?+
No — all 24 battlestations come with high-refresh monitors, mechanical keyboards, and gaming mice included in every night pass. You're welcome to BYO peripherals though, and most regulars do. Lockers are available for members who want to leave their kit on site.
I'm a total beginner — is Friday night for me?+
Absolutely. Every raid night we pair newcomers with an experienced squad lead who handles callouts and keeps things friendly. Around a third of Friday attendees are in their first month. Turn up 15 minutes early and we'll get you set up.
What are your opening hours?+
We're open seven nights: Monday to Thursday 4pm–11pm, Friday 4pm–midnight, and weekends 11am–midnight. Members also get daytime bench access from 10am on weekdays. Public holidays vary, so check ahead during the festive season.
Is there parking or public transport nearby?+
We're on Bourke Street in Fitzroy, a short walk from the Gertrude Street trams and Parliament Station. Metered street parking is available after 7:30pm on weeknights, and there's a paid lot two blocks north on Smith Street.
Can I book the venue for a private event?+
Yes — we run private LAN parties, birthdays, and corporate team nights on Sundays and quiet weeknights. Packages cover the full hall of 24 stations, casting gear, and catering from neighbouring Smith Street venues. Send us the details through the contact form for a quote.
